We would like to pass on our thanks to Jim, Don(Swampy) and Frank for organizing and running another successful reunion. The success of this event can be directly attributed to all their hard work and planning prior to and during the reunion. Thanks again;

To Ross for the impromptu accomodations We thourghly enjoyed every minute and plan to stay every night next year, even if it so close to home. Carole (and whomever I missed) for the the food that was fit for kings and queens. Rita has already started to plan for next year (promised me perogies if I take her with me) and we hope to see you all again, if not sooner. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.

Hi Jim, I would like to thank you and everyone else who had a hand in putting this shin dig together, Bonnie and I enjoyed ourselves and will be making this a ritual yearly. It was great to be in the company of fellow signallers and their better halves, something that we have both missed. Again thank you so very much.

Jim, Thanks to you, Frank and Swampy, for the Pac Sigs reunion 2009 and all the others that worked so hard to make it a successful event.It was a pleasure to be able to attend this year after hearing about it for so many. It was great to see green monsters at the event,to reminisce the 5 Squardon days, and other members of the Sigs family to swap stories with. Best Regards

Hi Jim, Wanted to touch base and let you know that we both had a wonderful, joyous, hilarious, totally awesome, and unforgettable time at the re-union. Once I get pictures downloaded from my camera and separate the reunion ones from the others, I’ll send them on to you. This was our first time attending the Pacific Signallers reunion – be guaranteed, it won’t be the last !!!! Thanks again ----- to everyone !!! Arnie and Jennifer Pring

Jim, Thanks to you and all the folks who make this annual event so enjoyable. You and your team work
so hard and do so much. I want you to know that lots of people that I talk to really appreciate the effort
that goes into making this event such a great success. Also the great web site and the time you take to
keep us informed is much appreciated.
Thanks Dave Munro

The Pacific Signaller's Reunion was the brainchild of Jim Davis and Don (Swampy) Lapointe. The first 3 reunions were held under the name of Island Signals Reunion and began in the late summer of 1997. These reunions have been well attended and we have left it open to Signallers and ex-Signallers both on Vancouver Island, the Mainland of British Columbia and any points east! We have been slowly gaining an interest from all parts of the Province including the Queen Charlotte Islands, the B.C. interior, and as well as P.E.I., Alberta and Ottawa.
