I have to admit that I am a bit perplexed since Pat neglected to send a photo of a tie pin
that she used other than the official one - an officer's "pip" obtained from one of her
acquaintances!!
Pat says - "strictly unofficial!" --"Being separated from the "CWAC Gestapo" we could
get away with little rules nfringements like that! Gosh, and sometimes our hair might
have touched our collars! One's hair touching a collar was a no-no."
